The H20 Power X This has got to be the best cleaner around, Not only is it a powerful steam cleaner but also a very good vacuum cleaner. Not only that, it is an excellent wet vac as well! I am very pleased with The H20 Power X. I would recommend H20 Power X as a very good all round cleaner to anyone.

Its a lot heavier than i thought. My husband has had to use it!

Works well as advertised. It is quite heavy as a hand held steamer. Could do with a longer cable and cloth that extends beyond the rim of the base. Would be good if the handle could bend right down to clean under the furniture, otherwise happy with my Power X.

The steamer is great and really does the job well. The vacuum could do with a bit more power on carpets, as the glider lifts it too far off the floor, to be greatly effective. It does pick up most bits, but not everything. It is useful having a "wet" vacuum option.

Its a great little vac/stean mop the only thing i would say that could be better is the carpet glider could do with a lock of some sort to keep it on otherwise its very good in doing what it says it does ....

I had the previous x5 and this is a lot heavier. does have the go over i suppose but the wire is also a lot shorter too

Good for cleaning the floor, but I can't use it as a hand held as much heavier than expected. I would have given it 5 stars if it was lighter.

I bought my new steam cleaner because my previous Thane HX2 steam mop had given up on me, but to be fair, I had it from early 2013. The new version disappoints me because when using it, I find my kitchen (tiles) floor seems very wet after cleaning, although this doesn't bother me too much, I have relented to clean my wood floors (solid oak) with the steam cleaner as I would be worried because of the amount of water left on my tile floors. I didn't have this problem with my previous steam mop. I would concede that the new version, is quicker as it has a much bigger head, which is great. Quite disappointed with this product to be truthful... The cloths don't stay on very well when steam cleaning and putting the carpet glider on is a pain for when vacuuming... It's ok, but I preferred the X5 for steaming, even though the steam function seems more powerful.
